That's fair enough
SLX brakes for £100 or less is good value anyway
I'll update as to whether the ones from CRC come with the finned brake pads0 -
got both my front and rear from merlin but about 2 months apart. front came with semi-metallic finned pads, rear had non-finned resin0

Wow I thought I got a good deal from bike-discount.de, that's a cheap price! My bike came with juicy 5's
nightmare to get them to work correctly so after alot of research I found Slx's had good reviews and they use
mineral oil so no chance of wrecking your paint work. Good feel, good brakes, great price and you won't have to
swap the levers round like import versions so buy buy buy.0 -

Seems Shimano pad supplies vary. I bought my XTs from CRC recently and the front came with sintered pads, while the rear came with Resin (both finned). They sent me a pair of finned OE sintered pads FOC, and let me keep the resin ones too.0 -
The SLX have just arrived, both with Sintered pads with fins which is great
(The finned version is £120 on Bike Discount de)0
