RockShox Reverb Size

I've been thinking of treating myself to a Reverb. However I'm not exactly sure what length I need.

I have 2013 Trek Fuel EX 5. Current seatpost is 400mm - 31.6mmm.

Do I need the 420mm? 380?

What about travel? 100mm or 125mm?

    Size will depend on so number of things mate, mainly down to how big your frame is for you, what you are comfortable with etc. I use a 380 100mm drop I think, as I have very short legs but a long body so actually have a bigger frame, as such the 125mm drop was too much when fully risen. Tube length will be determined by your bike seat tube and how high you want the post for me shorter the better. Hope that makes sense?
