Syringe?

Hi,

Bought a MTB about 2 years ago and this weekend I came across the bag of 'goodies' that the LBS gave me when I picked the bike up. In it was a, still unused, plastic syringe with two short lengths of plastic pipe to attached to the end. Anyone have any idea why the LBS might have included these as I haven't found a use for them in 2 years of owning the bike?

Bleeding the hydraulic brakes and/or dropper post.
