What rack and pack?

Looking at getting a rack for my Kinesis.
Will be mainly used for 1 to 2 nights touring .i.e. rack pack only.
Ideally future proof to take panniers for longer tours.
Any recommendations ? Should rack weight be an issue or better to go for strength/durability ?

I got the Revolution Adventure rack pack from Edinburgh bike co-op. 5 litres plus one more with expandable closing flap. Did me for an overnight trip. Not sure if you need more capacity but the quality was good.
