Race Face narrow/wide chain ring.

Has anybody got one of these chain rings? I like the sound of them and as I'm planning to 1x10 my cube this would be perfect as I wouldn't need a chain guide. I will also be using a Shimano zee rear derailer to help keep the chain in place too. I've read good reviews of the chainring but wondeed if anyone has a 'real world' perspective on it?

H vine used one for a long while now, they work great but you need to keep them clean (and chain too). They make a nasty grind when dirty.

Get a works components one... pretty sure they're cheaper.

Got one on the Canyon (see link in sig), using a non clutch mech and a bottom roller with no top guide and had no issues so far..

i have lost the chain a couple of times, but always on meh parts of the trail, never when im smashing it through rock gardens

would def recommend one tho

I use a 34t one, and it's been awesome so far, no chain dropping for me since fitting it.
