    Components - Dura Ace 7900
Chainset - FSA SLK Light 50/34 with 175mm arms
Wheels - Fulcrum Racing Zero Dark Label

Weight including Garmin Out Front Mount and Cadence Sensor is 6.95 kg
  • My F85. Had it about 2 weeks, loving it. I know its quite entry-level compared to some of the lovely kit on here, but I'm just getting into to road-riding. Might replace it in a year or two with something else.

My other bike is a 15 year old Specialized Rockhopper, and I also have a very vintage and completely stock Raleigh Kellog's Pro Tour 501 (from about 1988 at a guess?) on the turbo trainer.

Some nice looking bikes here :D Having seen mine in the flesh, I bet they look even better than they do in the pics.

Finally received my 2013 F3 and had a 30km test ride this morning. My first upgrade from a Moser Sora and it's world's apart. It seems to glide in comparison and everything is so much smoother, especially the Di2 which is so smooth and instant. I always wondered how big a difference more advanced/lighter/expensive components would make and now I know. Best of all, with no VAT and import fees avoided, it was a bargain at 1,499GBP (less pedals) and 85GBP delivery.

Pic is stock 56" (6770 Di2, RS61, 53-39, 11-25, etc) with 6800 pedals and weighs in at 7.4kg as shown. I guess it could go sub-7kg with lighter wheels and saddle but that's for another day. Doubt the bar tape will remain white for too long so have some black Lizard Skins waiting and some GP4000s II on the way for when the Rubino Pro Slicks give up.

EDIT: non-scientific test results but, from doing a 43km route I've done many times on the Moser, with similar conditions (wind), I knocked off 8 minutes from my total time and descended 9km/h quicker and a lot less rattle! Same findings on subsequent runs.

UPDATE: With the Conti SIIs on mid-ride:

Training version of my good bike (Felt F1) - same geo and size to help with my bad back jumping between bikes :)

New 105 5800 groupset feels very nice - same size and shape as Dura Ace 9000, just a bit heavier and not as flash but shifts almost as crisply and freely - in the car park anyway!

    Rewind time.........

here is my 2005 F70, and I bought it because of the colour, lovely to ride, but not my main bike anymore, and sadly just a little bit too big for me - this was my first bike, and bought second hand, so didn't realise height was not a pure indicator of what size you needed, I have learnt my lesson now.

It's still running Shimano 9spd 105, has a Mike Burrows seatpost, carbon ratio (short) stem, and some ritchey alloy bars.

Some nice rides there. I was looking at Felt's V series before I bought the Diverge last autumn. Still have a QX70 hybrid for trips around town. I'd post some pics, but I'm afraid it doesn't really fit this gathering. :)

Sure it'd fire a missile if anyone dared catch and pass it.

It's a US colour way, as bike was bought in the US.
It's had an upgrade to Mavic Ksyrium Elites, and had standard cranks changed out to compacts. Plan is to install a 36T inner ring this summer.

Slightly older picture, as it's now running Fizik black bar tape.
