Changed email address on user profile, now can't log in

Hi I've had to set up another account to post this.
I changed the email address on my normal account and it needs to go through the activation process to confirm and allow me to access the forum again. Only problem is I've put in what I thought was my other active email address only to find it's no longer active and I can't access the email to reactivity my account.
Can any mods help out... I'm just looking to change my email back to what it was originally. I can confirm other details if needs be.
