Hydro Brakes

Im looking to upgrade my hydro disk brakes sometime in the near future. I have avid juicy 3's at the moment which have been phenominal so far, but i feel are not doing so well anymore as new brake pads do not help with stopping power. My price range would be from £100-£200 for a set, any suggestions?
