Hi guys im looking for a new set of tires for my 2009 Carrera fury. At present i have a maxxis high roller on the front and a maxxis advantage on the rear. This set up is good enough but both tires are getting severely worn and slide around as soon as they get into contact with sloppy conditions. I use my bike everyday for commuting and often use it at weekends. What tires would you suggest for being able to commute without too much rolling resistance yet enough grip for offroading and snow if it shows it's face?

Commute and snow are completely different requirements. Get quick at changing tyres?

Agreed, any decent offroad tyre will be draggy and wear out fast on road, snow needs a different tyre to onroad but ice needs something with studs, so that's 3 different tyres......
