Following a rear end shunt on my Vitus Dee 29er I am in need of a new rear wheel.

What would you recommend? I am not experienced at building these things from scratch.

Would something like this. suffice and convert it.

Thanks

Any 29er (not too wide a rim!) with a conversion kit and an 18T sprocket. Or find a 29er SS wheel.

Your link is broken so goes to the CRC front page I'm afraid.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • Sorry about the link. Thanks for the reply. Still suffering a bit of whiplash so have time to shop around and educate myself.
