Wheelsmith race23 wheels what hubs are used?

Does anyone know what the hubs are that are used in Wheelsmith race 23 wheels (standard build). Looking for technical manual/info etc.

    they are made in Taiwan by a small CNC workshop based on the Bitex RAR 10 (or RAR something) design. The 6 pawls freehub is a Bitex one.
