Helmet mounted camera

Anyone know of a decent, not overly expensive helmet mounted camera? My brother has had a couple of incidents with aggressive drivers recently.
Ideally it would: be light-weight; records audio as well as image; good battery life; good quality/ high enough resolution recording - want to be able to identify numberplates if necessary; decent memory size - though I only usually do 20 min hops as a rule; reasonably wide angle lens to get enough of the road space in
