which tubes for deep section rims?

Guys I have some 60mm deep section rims and am stuck for tubes. I prefer to have a long enough valve (80mm) rather than use valve extenders but can only find the conti race 80mm tubes. And they are rubbish. Have had to bin 2 over the weekend due to holes just below the valve. One was in the tyre for a couple of months and punctured last week, and the other was holed on insertion. And at £8 a pop they arent cheap! (£5 on offer at wiggle atm though but still).
Can anyone recommend a good reliable tube with an 80mm valve?
Cheers.

Just use a Lezyne valve extenders. They work great and have a little screwy bit on the end you can use to open and close the valves.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

I'm contemplating the same for my 50mm rims. Except I fancy using latex tubes. Does anyone know of any 80mm latex tubes? I don't want to use valve extenders.Red bikes are the fastest.0

in my experience conti tubes are fine
barring a bad batch, if they're puncturing in the same place i'd be inspecting the rim/tape to find the causemy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
I was about to say the same thing. Never had issues with conti tube failing by themselves, there is always a reason and it normally easily found.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

2 diff bikes guys
bike 1 (commuter) - tube been in tyre for about 3-4 months then took a slow puncture
bike 2 (good bike) - just got some second hand wheels and fitted a new tyre and tube to the rear, tyre went flat
I reckon I nicked the second one fitting the tyre and the first one who knows but the strange thing was they both failed in the same place just below the valve about a 1/4 of the way around the tube.0
