I'm looking for gloves to get me down to -20c for road biking What I'm using right now gets me close, but are uncomfortable(tight). I use a Gore liner glove, Gore Xenon thermal glove, and Pearl Izumi lobster glove. Has anybody used the Rapha glove system? I've found no user reviews yet. Although insanely expensive, my "glove system" isn't much cheaper and quite uncomfortable on a long ride.

  • Got the winter ones and very good they are, although something more would be needed down to -20C. Probably their deep winter plus liner would do the trick.

I've ridden in those kind of temperatures when I lived in Poland. Quite nice if no wind, less nice if there is. FWIW I used Wild Country ice-climbing gloves with silk liners (which I had already for climbing). Limited feel but worked OK.
  • Were you riding a road bike when you lived in Poland? Just wondering about shifting with those gloves on.
