Help New road sportive bike 2014 ?

I am looking at trading up my allez sport 2012 for a sportive carbon for next year. Mainly as I want to cycle longer distances in relative comfort but still enjoy the thrill of speed and climbing. I have a TCR composite but its a little uncomfortable after 40 odd miles even after a bike fit. My LBS said the TCR was more race orientated and a sportive type frame would suit me better. My budget is below £2000 and I would prefer a 105 chainset. I have narrowed down the list to the following
Spec Roubaix SL4 Sport
Cannondale Synapse 6
Trek Domane 4.3

The trek being the most expensive and I still need to put some pedals on etc, basically i'm looking to increasing my mileage to 50-100 in a day from currently 30-40. I cycle mainly for fitness and currently do about 5 hrs a week cycling average speed over 40K about 17mph cadence about 80.

I would welcome anyone opinions if they have any of the above.

Is there a shop that just sells Spesh, Giants and Treks?
Maybe I should open one?
Any ideas for a name? What else (other than bikes) could it sell?

Sizing is very different though 48cm is about 56 roughly I think.
