Marin Mount Vision swingarm removal

Anyone removed a swingarm from a 2008 Mount Vision or similar? There seem to be flats on the four caps/bolts on either side. Do I just undo them? Are the swingarm bearings pressed into the swingarm? I presume I'll need to get a bike shop to remove them so I can get the frame/swingarm powdercoated and then get them to press some new one in? Would it be easiest for me to take the stripped frame and swingarm and get my LBS to do the necessary?
