What 29er wheelset?

I am looking to upgrade the wheelset on my 29er. I have around £200 - £250 to spend and am looking for a light-ish XC wheelset. The thing is, I'm having real trouble finding a set with a 20mm thru axle front, and QR rear (this barely seems to exist). Any suggestions?

Try Superstar there EVO and Tesla hubs take adaptors for QR, 15mm and 20mm axles. http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/index.php?cPath=63&osCsid=eeihsha33vp1ns9h0p60fdgnb3
I have the Tesla hubs laced onto Sentinel 29er rims with Sapim double butted race spokes they came out at 1840gms for the pair not light but so far straight and tough.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0 -
Thanks for the advice guys. My current wheelset is a massively heavy wtb all mountain speed disc, which doesn't even stay that true... Hence i want to change them. And my fork is a rockshox recon gold 29er with 20mm thru axle0
