New tyre

Just got this new tyre, out of the box it has this two spots that looks like casing to me, is it still fine to use it though ?

    You should be able to tell if it's casing by the feel of it in comparison to the rubber, TBH it just looks to be discoloured rubber on the photo but if you're not happy with it get it swapped. :)

    it seems like less rubber there. i tried running my finger through it and it kinda "sink" on that spot.

    I wouldn't have fitted it if it was like that straight out of the box tbh.

    Have you contacted the place you bought it from?
