Cardboard Wheel Box Dimensions?

Anyone know the average dimensions of a cardboard wheelbox (for 26" wheels)?

I'm at work and need to arrange courier collection for a set of wheels but forgot to measure the box which is in my basement at home.

I estimate around 75x75x30cm but thought someone might have one lying around they can measure for me :)

    Well personally, my favourite wheel box size is 26", but I've hear 29" boxes get delivered quicker. It's personal preference

    It think 650B wheel boxes are meant to be more durable in the post though, and still get there quicker than 26, although maybe not as fast as 29" boxes :)

    Agreed. It's that bloody Post Office trying to get us to buy into a whole new box system just to make more money, yet your average box poster won't even notice any difference :roll:



    Seriously though.... any one posted wheels lately and can remember approx box size? :)

    72x72x25.5cm on the last box I sent wheels in.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
