Fizik shoes

Please help!!!
I'm looking at a set of fizik R1 shoes and need advice on fit
I take a size 45 in current specialized road shoes and a 44.5 in shimano
Any ideas what size fizik I should buy
Trainers wise.... Nike 9.5, saucony 9.5

Which spesh shoes are they bud. Mine are the 2013 expert model.
How are the 44.5 length wise

I take 46.5 in shimano and went for size 46 and fit is good with room for thick winter socks.

Thought is update this as I now have the fiziks in my possession
Ordered from bike discount de and had them within a week so good service.
The box as people say is a bit if an event itself but it's when you grab one of the kangaroo skin shoes that you really notice the subtle exquisiteness of these bad boys
Perfectly understated but very high quality workmanship and nice touches like the Italian colours inside the tongue and the discreet logos
Two slightly offset sail material straps and another ratcheted one lock you confidently in place (carbon ratchet too) hich is boosted by the secure heel cup which is perfectly shaped from my Achilles through to the bottom of my heel
Very stiff carbon sole is again a pleasure to look at
I didn't find the arch too high although I have flattish feet but I suppose time will tell, it feel more to me like the forefoot section drops down to secure the foot rather than just a high arch
I got a size 44 and found them perfect with summer socks. Compared to spesh, id say these are a 44.5
I've also ordered a set of r3's from Planet X in 44.5 so I can use them for winter with thicker socks. I'll update when they arrive
