How much should service of a rear wheel cost? Feels like the bearings are shot, so new bearings, grease. Hub is Hope Pro Hub III

    Bearings (2) should be 10 pounds, add another 20 for labour. If you also need the freehub bearings, they might suggest to get a new freehub altogether.
    Obviously you can DIY, although Hope are not the easiest to replace for a first timer
