Can't remove front brake calliper

Assuming I'm turning it the right way (anti-clockwise facing behind the brake), I can't get the thing to budge at all. They are the stock Sora brakes that have been on since I got the bike about 2.5 years ago. Any tips to get the thing off? The rear came off no problem.

    That's the right way, I'd probably squirt some gt85 in the bolt hole, after removing the blocks so they don't get covered in it.

    I've got it off, that's exactly what I did with the GT-85. I think it was on too tight, paint on the forks has chipped off around it :(
