Ipsec XT Shifters

I think the answer will be obvious...

I currently have a shimano deore gearing, can I change the deore shifters for Ispec xt shifters?

    Yes A type shifters will fit B type brakes but you need to be handy with a dremmel.

    Do you have to "Dremmel" the shifter or the brake? I'd like to get some new brakes but they all seem to be iSpec B now. Not so keen on messing with the brake but as I fitted the iSpec kit to the shifters anyway less of a risk there.

    You have to dremmel the shifter as far as I recall. It wasn't me who did the work, I just know someone who did it
