Defy 1 "13" or the "14" model

Hi all, I have been looking at getting a Defy 1 on my next cyclscheme but I would like to know if there is any difference in the wheelset? 13 model has P-R2 and the 14 model has P-Elite C, are they about the same or is the 14 model an upgrade? Only other things I can see different is cassette size and tyre size.
