are they any good??

Fibre flares are great. The proper ones that is.

im happy to buy one for £5 and see if i like em
if i do and the chinese ones dont last il buy a real fibre flare one
but for now £5 wins

I've found post to be very slow from China on cheap stuff. A vendor in HK advertising on Aliexpress tends to a better bet.

Will it not be expensive to run with 6 button cells compared to AAAs on full fibre flares and CRs for shorts?
