Felt Nine 60 or BeOne CRD Sport ltd 29er

Hi I was wondering whether anyone could help me decide between a couple of bikes?
The one that I was sold on is the Felt Nine 60 2013
However, I have since found another bike called the BeOne CRD Sport ltd 29er which I am now swaying towards, the thing is I can't find anything about this bike, there are no reviews or anything, like there are for the felt. Does anyone know whether they are a good bike?
I have a budget of £400 if anyone can suggest any alternatives, I want a 29er so second hand is not throwing up many results for me. I have also looked at the GT bikes which are in my price range, but I need my child seat to fit on it occasionally (which rules them out). I have been riding around on a cheap halfords bike for the last 6 months, and now I have pretty much worn it out. I mainly ride country bridleways and paths, with the occasional offroad through woods over roots etc, although I have done the odd trip to dalby and sherwood pines.
There is also a third option which is rougly £50 more called a BeOne CRD Race, which I would be interested to know if it is worth the extra money as it seems like it is pretty much the same bike.
