How accurate should a frame be?

Is a 1-2mm difference in the gap between rear wheel and left and right seat stays/chain stays within acceptable tolerance? If not, is it correctable? This is assuming the wheel is has perfect dish.

    The rear is not a big issue, the front is more of a problem if it's not dished properly
