Currently looking for 29"er slicks to convert my brand new bike into a commuter for winter.
I'm having problems finding slick 29er tyres though tbh.
The bike in question is a 2013 rockhopper comp

Thanks for help guys. I'm not 100% sure on my rockhoppers rim width but imagine its around the 32 mark .
I like the idea of cyclcross tyres but they just not very fast on the road which is my main use atm with regards to commuting .
Can't commute on canyon slx forever.London2Brighton Challange 100k!

It won't be, it'll be 19 or 21mm at a guess. You'll be fine with virtually any 700c slick. 28c GP 4 Seasons will be good and fast and tough - personal really.0

vonti travel contacts in a 37 or 42 dont make the wheels look too small and fast puncture proof tyres. The family that rides together stays together !
