Rear carrier with hard cases

Rear carrier like this one can take 40kg:

The idea is to have one thinner hard case to my lap top and a bigger for lunch box, clothes and so on. There is everything from CO to Pelican available:

Corresponding CO case should cost about 5 euro at ebay.
With two hooks in top and some "snap in place" at the bottom, like this:

Is there any set at the market or do I have do build my own, maybe a rear carrier with hard cases included? Most important is that the cases are easily to mount and remove.
