tyre size question

Hi my rims have 7000 px 35 engraved on them will they be ok with 700c, 38c tyres. I am asking a bit late as I have all ready fitted them they seem ok but I wouldnt one peeling off when I am going down a hill

    thank you for the reply. Other than measuring them how do you find out by these figures 7000 px 35 what the rims will take size wise ?
