Right tyre tread

Hopefully someone can help, I'm currently riding with cont mountain king 2.2 on the front and scwalbe 2.25 on the rear. Is this the right way or am I can getting it back to front? Any help will be of most use.

Both Schwalbe and Conti make a range of tyres in a range of compounds.

The stickier tyre should go on the front.

black chilli is better than anything swchalbe currently have - currently I run a mountain kind protection front and a nobby nic pacestar on the rear.
