Hi guys

Has anyone tried to remove the GXP spacers from their hope BB?, i have just switched to Hollowtech 2 so need to remove them. Anyone got any tips/suggestions?.

I just used a thin screwdriver the last time. Work your way around and it will come out easy enough without damaging it.
