Use QR hub on thru-axle frame?

What would be the correct adapter to use to fit a 4mm QR hub to a bike with a 12mm thru-axle frame?
I'm finding lots of adapters to convert a thru-axle hub to a QR frame, but not sure what (if at all possible) is the correct one to convert the other way...
