I have a Truvativ ruktion chain set with a single ring fitted
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/truv ... -prod52150
And this BB TRUVATIV Bottom Bracket Howitzer XR 68/73 catenary 51mm
It's a 68mm shell so I have the correct spacers in place.
I don't seem to be able to push the crank arms far enough on to the spindle, so there's lateral movement in the crank assembly i.e. the whole thing can shift left to right through the BB.
I don't understand and don't know what to do now. I guess I've got the wrong parts?

Give it a tap or two with a rubber mallet to ensure it is in as far as poss then re-tighten?0

I have whacked them and tried tightening them with the crank bolt hoping that would pull the cranks on, but no joy. Am I just not trying hard enough?0
