TT bike to a road bike?

I bought a TT bike and I love the frame. However I rarely get to use it as I cycle in a club every Sat and do a lot of hills etc wnd only use it in Time trails Is it possible to convert it into a road bike or is it going to cost too much?

    Best to sell it and buy a road bike - the geo on TT bikes is very different.
