How often do you clean your Fowl?

I like to rinse mine under the tap before cooking it in the oven (after it has been slaughtered and prepared for cooking).

What about you?

I was going to go for bowel, but that is disgusting

    I always give it a rinse too, then dab dry with kitchen roll and then a quick rub wth olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

    People who wash their poultry are dumb.

    Firstly, what do you think you're washing off?
    Secondly, if there was something bad there you've just sprayed it around the kitchen.

    I used to clean them every week but they're so difficult to catch I don't bother any more.
