Thinking of doing this as well. The website still shows 2013 details.
I think they occasionally tweak the route to reduce time spent on busy roads.

Hardest day in saddle ever. Was at 45 degrees on the coastal path

It sure was tough, that wind was a killer. I did it last year for the first time and the weather was similar but this year the route seemed tougher and Red Roses hill just seems to go on and on!

I did the Tour of Pembroke two weeks ago which was my hardest ride ever but this came a close second. Dragon ride next

It was a lot harder than last year, and that's saying something. Just before the coastal path people were wrestling their bikes trying not to get blown into traffic..not to mention the hell that followed on the path itself. Unlike last year there was no respite in the wind, got battered all the way to the line. Hardest thing I've ever done. All said and done, was still a great day out in a sadistic sort of fashion. Was worth the conquering hero type reception when we got to the finishing line. Will be back next year
