I'm exactly the same size as you and just bought these from Wiggle went for large and they fit perfect, nice and fitting with no looseness, Castelli come up small. The tights are superb by the wayZesty 514 Scott Scale 20 GT Expert HalfwayupMTB0

sounds about right - I'm the same size but 33 waist and 74kg and the XL is perfect, although the legs are LONG on these!Your Past is Not Your Potential...0

I'm a similar spec to designman but 71kg and I recently ordered XL and they were still too small.... legs were just about okay but the straps were too tight, even in a riding position, and they nipped my nuts.
I guess I'm just not a Castelli shape.

I have the standard Sorpasso and the WS version, and size wise they come up the same. If anything the legs are slightly shorter on the WS which is not a bad thing as they seem designed for people with very long legs!Your Past is Not Your Potential...0

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm going to order the large size in these tights.
Just noticed that there is 2 models of the Sorpasso Tights, the Standard Sorpasso Tights and the Wind Stopper Sorpasso Tights..... Which are the best to purchase? Is there any difference in them?
Thanks.0 -
So, I have the bib knicks and the tights. For reference I take a Aero Bib in a Large
32" waist and abot 170-175lbs (depending on how the weekend has gone), but short legs. Surprisingly I recently got a pair of Sorpassos in a Medium after having the knicks since the start of the year and feeling at times they were a wee bit too big. I've only tried them on in the house though at the minute, but they feel fine.
Where are you based? Happy if you want to try them on before you buy0
