Front Derailluer band sizes

I'm building a Charge Duster which has a 28.6mm down tube. which of these derailluer band sizes do i go for? the ones that say 28.6mm also quote the other sizes.

    one that is the correct size. so that means there is one you can not buy.

    get the pull and swing correct as well.

    there's two that say 28.6mm with one showing one other size and the other showing two different sizes. which one is it?
    it's definitely a top swing. what's dual pull? and will I need it??

    any take your pick. except for the 34mm only one.

    They come with spacers to fit different sizes, dual pull means both top and bottom pull, so will work regardless.
