I'm new to buying cranks and not sure how sensitive they are to bottom bracket sizes and need some expert guidance, thanks.

The only way to be sure is to go to the shimano tech docs and look it up - it will give axle lengths and chainlines.0

Is the changring fitting - 104mm is standard.0
