Personally I don't think they will.
I can't see many people wanting to wear a thick "scarf" on a warmish day, even in the UK?
Can you imagine many road cyclists in bib shorts and a lycra top wearing them?
If they can get the styling right, then they might sell a few to style conscious people in London or New York etc....0 -

I can't see them selling many either.
To avoid the chance of false triggering, there are going to be scenarios where it's unlikely to be any good. It's a lot to pay for a 'single use' (I see that they're hoping to do free replacements) that could end up being a bloody nuisance.
