Anti-pollution mask

Hi all,

I've been cycling for years but only been road cycling and now commuting for about 3 months.

Does anyone use the anti-pollution masks you can get to filter out some of exhaust crap from vehicles with engines?!

Was thinking of getting one but wondered if any of you guys had any experience with them or which the best ones are etc.?

I tried a cheaper one for a while. As much to reduce cold air down the throat first thing on a cold day. But i found it either restricted my breathing through the nose, slipped down too far or steamed up my glasses. Maybe better quality ones fit better.
