I'm assuming the video was broadcast at some point, sounds like it was used as a bit of filler in a breakfast news report, with the descriptions of cyclists and bike, when frankly the vehicle is closer to a motorbike than a bike. Just irritates me a tad as it reinforces the 'all cyclists jump red lights' mantra that lots of people use against cyclists....0 -
