how to install grip end plugs?

this may seems like a silly question.

i just bought a KCNC EVA grip and i dont know how to install the grip end plugs. they seems to be too big for my Ritchey Superlogic flat bar (31.8 ). can i just cut off the lower part and superglue the top onto the grip end?

and also how do i remove or adjust the grip position? coz once i put it on it seems like its would just stuck there forever.

    Get them really warm, wet them and give them a good thump.

    Those end plugs are quite a tight fit, I carefully cuts some V,s out the part that grips to make it an easier fit, looks a bit like an SFN.
    Current steed - Whyte T129, 2013 frame, mongrel Revelations, Giant dropper, Stans S1 wheelset. 12, Magura Trail Sport brakes, 1x11. 12.8Kg
