Ksyrium SLR Exalith 2 ?

Possibly might be buying a bike which has Ksyrium SLR wheels with Exalith 2 braking surface. Does the black wear off these after a few miles? or do they stop black for a lot of miles?


Will I notice much/any difference with these than my current Ksyrium Elites?

    You will if you need to have them repaired :-)

    They do stay black for a long time, much more than standard hard anodised rims like Open RPO CD or H plus Son rims... in fact I am aware of a guy who had his rims replaced under warranty because the black was wearing off... :shock:
