Front Mech Query.

Quick question regarding front mechs. When running a 2x9 setup, is it better to use one of the front mechs designed for a dual ring setup or will a mech designed for a triple setup work just as well.

Asking as I'm buying new.

Drive is 32/22 at the moment, may go to a 36 largest at a latter date.

A triple front mech is absolutely fine. Just wind the high limit screw in so that you don't over shift the outside ring.
