Tried Squirt lube for the first time and was quite impressed, chain was quiet even when full of mud and grit not even a hint of chain suck. Only problem It was a MUDDY ride and I have a bike shaped lump of mud to clean.

Usual cleaning routine is a bucket and sponge but how should I clean the chain dont want to strip all the painstakingly applied Squirt but want to make it at the least chain coloured again.

Just wash it with soapy water and reapply lube. Important stuff is inside the rollers anyway, not outside, but in really nasty weather I apply every few rides at least.

Cheers had some bad experiences with wax lubes in the past. It isnt cheap but I was careful applying it so I reckon a bottle should last the winter
