Morning Losers!

It sounds like the Phillipines outside! (Too soon?) Think I'll put on thick socks today.

Need to do a bit of work at work today, then something for a friend which I should have done a week ago really. I met up with MissBint yesterday and had a coffee (though none of us had coffee) in Da Hudd. She's not back on the bike yet, same as me, though I'm hoping to change that soon.

Laters!
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Hoping to get a run in tonight while the FWC is at brownies!

    Morning crudders,
Very windy this morning, mainly caused by the excess of brown beer consumed last night. Computer system at work is having a hissy fit so I'm dawdling while someone qualified turns the servers off and back on again.
Tedium and fading hangover to follow with a fried food interlude for lunch.

    Mornin mooks,

night ride last night turned into a childish game of riding down steps until somebody told us not too, boo! so then we tried riding up steps, which was surprisingly successful, mostly.
Work tedium today is interspersed with planning a trip to FOD tomorrow morning, yay!

Surely having a job is better than having to look for a new one? People keep ringing asking if I would like to apply for a different job.

Two days left 'til the weekend. Cannot wait. Only a three day working week but even that is three days too long.

Intending to go party dress shopping Saturday as apparently the rules state that you cannot wear the same dress two years running, even though you have only worn said dress once so far. Why can men wear the same suit repeatedly but we have to get different dresses as it would be a massive faux pas to be photographed in the same outfit twice?

Some unexpected work had me hanging off the side of a quaint church in North Yorkshire today so might go and buy something for the bike.

Haha, true! Since the bikes are generally made from cheap Chinese gas pipe I'm just waiting for one of them to bump a kerb and collapse the forks into the downtube :?

If for some odd reason I had tools on me at work I would have chased after them and fixed it, like a spanner wielding superhero :)

    It's grim up North...

    Evening Knuckle Shufflers,

Could not get out bed this morning and no amount of coffee at work helped. Only the office hottie in a short skirt and stupidly high heels made the day bearable. Bunked off early as the boss is away and the minions can't stop me :) Might do a bit of shopping for bike things now as there's a few money off things doing the rounds.

    Evening bumders

Woke up with a stinking hangover after Leicester Square last night. Today was the last day of lectures at uni forever, now it's onto completely practical clinical work. Whole year dressed up as dalmatians, the drinking started at 10.30ish, the lecturers joined in. Lots of dicking around, filming from the BBC and then some more dicking around and sitting through a few lectures. Sobered up now but I'm knackered and off to bed. Practical exam in the morning :(
