ultegra chainset on trek 1.5?

does anyone know if its possible to put an ultegra chainset on a trek 1.5 bike? currently it has a shop standard fsa vero compact crank, but im sure as to what exact bottom bracket is on it. i think its a square tapered bb. any help greatly appreciated

    almost certainly yes but you'll need the correct shimano hollowtech bottom bracket as well, it's not compatible with the FSA unit.

    Yep, but as above you'll have to remove the existing square taper BB and fit a Shimano Hollowtech 2 BB. So you'll need to have / buy / borrow / steal 2 different BB tools.
