Right im looking into stripling my bike down soon.. dont have the time till I come back off holiday but want to get a new headset before I go away.. problem is that the frame had the headset in when I brought it a good few years back so I dont know what size I need.. its an Iron Horse Warrior 3.0 from 2008 only info ive managed to find is that it was a cane creek one as standard.. does anyone know how I can find the sizes without taking it out yet as I use it as a commute bike too so I cant strip it down yet.. hope someone can help me :-)
From what I can work out the one in now is an FSA orbit I think....
Thanks in advance!!!

ID it in the FAQs here or on the cane creek website0

You need a 1 1/18th zero stack headset for that bike, although doesn't have to be FSA or Cane Creek.
Orbits are good though, I've used a few over the years with no issues and minimal maintenance.
See here if you need to know what others parts your bike came with:

I can't find any info online about the Warrioir using semi-integrated, just it being zero stack.Current:

I see no reason why it shouldn't but you can get it cheaper here:

Can you take a photo of the one currently installed?
Is it any of these?

You should be able to see the model number or code without removing anything.
I don't want you going spending any £££ without being 100%!Current:

im not good with this as i didnt fit it haha!!
so you think the cane creek will fit?0 -
It should, but I'd be inclined to buy another FSA Orbit.
As I said, I've used them in a few builds and they've been great (the standard MX version).
Cheaper too so more beer tokensCurrent:
